Rules for using AI Humanize, including revisions, credits, subscriptions, saved writing and support requests.
2026/10/04
AI Humanize revises text you provide. You remain responsible for the content you submit, your right to use it and the decision to publish or share a result. Follow any authorship, disclosure, confidentiality or review requirements that apply to your work.
A rewrite can contain mistakes, omit a qualification or change the strength of a claim. Review names, numbers, citations and meaning before using it. The service does not certify authorship, fact-check sources, provide an AI-detection score or guarantee a result from an external detector.
Keep your sign-in information secure and do not use another person's account without permission. Google and email sign-in are available when configured. Your first login grants five permanent credits once. Email verification is not a prerequisite for receiving that initial grant.
Starting on the following UTC day, your first visit each day grants one daily credit. It expires at midnight UTC and does not accumulate for days you did not visit. An anonymous visitor can complete one successful trial. The trial restriction is enforced on a best-effort basis and is not a promise of perfect cross-device identity detection.
Each successful initial rewrite or follow-up uses one credit. A request first reserves the credit. It is settled when the complete result is saved and available. Manual editing, importing text, copying, downloading and reading history are free.
A confirmed failed task releases the reserved credit once. If the original credit batch has expired by then, the released amount becomes a compensation credit valid for seven days. An uncertain task remains pending while its outcome is checked. A lost connection alone is not treated as proof that a task failed.
Credits that expire sooner are used first; permanent credits are used last. Credit balances and transaction history are available in your account. Credits are service allowances and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
Free and anonymous requests support up to 1,000 units. Basic supports 5,000 and Pro supports 10,000. A remaining paid credit pack without an active subscription supports 5,000. The same limit applies to the working text in a follow-up. English words and CJK characters contribute to the count shown by the editor.
Basic costs USD 19.90 monthly or USD 119.40 annually. Pro costs USD 39.90 monthly or USD 239.40 annually. Annual prices are charged upfront and equal half of twelve monthly payments. A permanent credit pack costs USD 9.90. The exact included credit quantities must be displayed before a product can be purchased; unavailable products cannot be checked out.
Subscription credit allowances are issued in monthly windows, including for annual subscriptions. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of their applicable window. Visiting after a missed window does not grant its expired allowance. Purchased pack credits do not expire and packs may be purchased more than once.
Waffo processes checkout and subscription payments. Access and paid credits depend on verified payment, not simply returning from a checkout page or creating a subscription. A zero-value validation does not count as a paid invoice.
Available changes are shown in your billing settings. Downgrades and billing-cycle changes take effect at the relevant paid period boundary after the replacement payment is confirmed. Cancelling renewal does not remove the already paid access period. Provider limitations may make a change unavailable.
Immediate upgrade billing is available only if the provider can implement the stated price difference and billing-period behavior. The website must not present an unsupported upgrade as a completed change. Review the amount, effective date and renewal details before confirming any available change.
Contact support for a cash refund request and provide the relevant order identifier and a short explanation. Cash refunds are reviewed and handled manually; a request is not a confirmation that a refund has been issued. Billing history reflects confirmed full or partial refunds. A credit released after a failed rewrite is separate from a cash refund.
Signed-in articles and versions remain available until you delete them. Anonymous results are normally available for up to 24 hours after completion and can be attached to your account by signing in. An accepted task continues on the server when the browser closes. Deleting a successful result does not refund its credit.
The service can be interrupted by network, model or payment-provider failures. Task recovery is designed to preserve saved results and avoid repeating an uncertain paid model call. It does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a fixed completion time.
Use the contact page for support, billing questions or an unresolved task. These terms describe product behavior and must be supplemented with the confirmed operator details and any applicable location-specific terms before public launch.
