How AI Humanize handles submitted text, account information, saved versions and payment records.

AI Humanize processes text you submit to create a revised version. A request can include your current draft, an editing instruction and a limited excerpt of the original article for context. The result, task state and information needed to account for credits are stored so an accepted request can finish even after the browser closes.
Account information includes your name, email address, authentication details and sessions. If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides the information required for that sign-in. Email sign-in, password recovery and account deletion use the authentication service. Creating an account does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter.
Submitted text and necessary editing context are sent to the configured language model through APIMART. This is necessary to produce a rewrite. Do not submit confidential information or another person's data unless you are entitled to use it here and are comfortable with that processing.
We do not promise that an external provider has zero retention or never uses submitted information for any other purpose. Its applicable terms and privacy practices govern its processing. The website does not connect to your ChatGPT account, email inbox or document storage simply because you paste a draft from those services.
Signed-in articles include the original input, saved versions and follow-up instructions. They remain in your history until you delete them. A cancelled subscription or an empty credit balance does not by itself delete your writing.
An anonymous result is temporary. It is retained for up to 24 hours after the task finishes so you can retrieve it or attach it to your account by signing in. A task whose outcome is still uncertain is handled separately until it can be resolved. Anonymous trial-use records are separate from temporary text; deleting or expiring the text does not reset the trial.
Deleting an article removes it from ordinary access and clears its stored writing in the application. It does not reverse a completed rewrite charge. Limited task and financial records may remain for accounting, dispute handling and protection against repeated transactions. Copies already submitted to external services are subject to those services' retention practices.
Credit records include grants, reservations, use, expiration and refunds. These records allow the service to prevent duplicate spending and reconcile uncertain requests. Payment records include the selected product, amounts, currency, payment and subscription identifiers, billing periods and reported refunds.
Checkout is handled by Waffo. Payment details entered on the hosted payment page are processed there; this website does not ask you to enter a full payment card number into the writing editor. Only confirmed payment information is used to grant paid access or credits.
The browser keeps a working draft in session storage to help preserve it during sign-in or a reload. Session storage is separate from server history and is specific to the browser tab. Avoid using a shared device for sensitive writing, and clear the draft when you finish.
Essential cookies support authentication and the anonymous trial. The anonymous identifier is signed and stored in an HTTP-only cookie. Request protection may process limited technical information, including a hashed network identifier and request timing. Cloudflare Turnstile is used when enabled. These measures reduce abuse but cannot perfectly identify one person across different devices or browsers.
If you contact support, the information you send is used to address your request. Crisp chat is available when configured; using it can involve processing by Crisp. Do not send passwords, payment card details or API keys in a support message.
This release does not automatically enable marketing analytics, advertising trackers or newsletter enrollment. If optional services change, this notice should be updated to reflect their actual use.
You can review and delete articles in your writing history, manage your account settings and request account deletion. Deletion does not necessarily remove payment or dispute records that must be retained separately. To ask about access, correction, deletion or an unresolved task, use the current support details on the contact page. Include only the information needed to identify the issue.
