An editorial example

See the choice behind the change

The revision removes the broad opening and keeps the concrete use for an agenda already stated in the source. It adds no productivity claim.

Before

In today’s fast-paced world, effective planning is more important than ever. A clear agenda helps a team decide what to discuss before the meeting starts.

After

A clear agenda helps a team decide what to discuss before the meeting starts.

Illustrative edit, not a live model result. Your output depends on your draft and instructions.

Decide which part of the ChatGPT answer belongs in your draft

A ChatGPT answer may contain several alternatives, explanatory notes and an invitation to ask for more. Choose the passage you intend to use before bringing it into the ChatGPT humanizer. Remove chat preambles and instructions that are not part of the document. Keep enough surrounding text to explain names and references within the passage.

If the answer offers two different positions, choose the one you actually mean. A rewrite should not decide your argument by blending incompatible alternatives. Add your own observations and any verified facts that the draft needs before submitting it. The editor can revise the text in front of it; it does not read the earlier ChatGPT conversation or know which options you rejected.

Verify confident-sounding details before polishing them

Check quotations, source names and numerical claims in the original answer. Open the relevant source yourself and confirm that it supports the sentence. If you cannot verify a detail, remove it or mark the uncertainty in your working draft before rewriting. A more natural voice can make an unsupported claim easier to believe without making it more accurate.

Watch for details added during the revision too. A generic claim about productivity should not become a quantified saving, and a possible explanation should not become an established cause. Compare the source and result for changed scope. The example on this page removes a broad opening while retaining the stated use for an agenda; it is an editorial illustration, not a measurement of what a particular ChatGPT model produces.

Replace generic framing with your intended message

Start with the sentence that says something specific. A broad opening about a fast-changing world can usually disappear if the next sentence already names the topic. Repeated concluding sentences may also be unnecessary when the paragraph has made its point. Keep a transition only when it explains the relationship between ideas, rather than merely announcing that another point is coming.

Your own example can give the paragraph a voice that a general prompt lacked. Preserve a concrete observation, a decision you made or a detail from the work you are describing. Do not ask the editor to manufacture a personal experience. A focused follow-up could ask to retain your example and first-person wording while removing the broad introduction and repeated conclusion. Review the result for a consistent point of view.

Use follow-ups to resolve a specific remaining problem

Read the first result before requesting another. If the draft is clear but too formal for the intended reader, ask for simpler wording while preserving technical terms. If the opening still delays the point, revise that opening and keep the body. Narrow requests give you a concrete difference to evaluate and reduce unnecessary changes to material that already works.

Afterward, place the passage back into the document where it will be used. Check references to earlier sections, citations and any required disclosure of assistance. AI Humanize is a separate text editor with no connection to your ChatGPT account or subscription. You can paste text from a draft you created there, but this page does not imply an official integration or a special model arrangement. Your revision uses the same credit rules and review process as the other writing pages.

Can you keep headings and lists from a ChatGPT draft?

Keep headings and lists when they help the document. A sequence of instructions may be easier to use as a numbered list, while a short explanation can work better as prose. Ask to retain meaningful structure in a follow-up and review the result before exporting. TXT and Markdown contain text; they do not reproduce the layout or interactive elements of the original conversation.

Will the revised text receive a particular detector score?

This tool does not promise a detector outcome or certify how a text was written. Evaluate whether the revision expresses your intended message, preserves its facts and fits the reader. Keep any required acknowledgment of AI assistance. A score would not establish that the claims, citations or personal experiences in a draft are correct.

Use the version comparison to assess the changes you can inspect directly. If the rewrite removes an example you need or changes a qualification, restore it instead of treating a different style as proof of better writing.

Keep control of the working version

The editor places your original beside the result on a wide screen and stacks them on a phone. Use See changes to inspect the revision, or edit the result directly. Copy the finished text or download it as TXT or Markdown. A download contains the text you see, including your manual changes.

Signed-in writers can return to saved articles and their versions. A follow-up starts from the working text, so review any manual changes before submitting it. Your saved history stays available even when your credits run out or a subscription ends, until you choose to delete the article.

What a rewrite costs

A successful rewrite costs one credit. A successful follow-up also costs one. Typing, importing, reviewing, copying and downloading do not use credits. When a request is accepted, one credit is reserved; it is settled after the finished result is saved. A confirmed failure releases the reservation. An uncertain result stays pending while it is checked.

An anonymous visitor has one successful trial. First login grants five permanent credits. Beginning on the next UTC day, the first visit each day grants one credit that expires at midnight UTC. Missed daily gifts are not added later. Anonymous results are kept for up to 24 hours after completion; signing in can attach the result to your account.

The free limit is 1,000 units per request. Basic supports 5,000 and Pro supports 10,000; a remaining paid credit pack without a subscription supports 5,000. The same limit applies to the current text in a follow-up. The editor counts words and CJK characters using the same rule as the server. Check the displayed count before submitting. Compare plans and credit rules.

Readability is the goal

AI Humanize uses writing guidance based on the open-source blader/humanizer project. It asks a language model to remove unhelpful writing patterns while preserving the message. A readable result still needs your judgment: the tool does not verify facts, certify authorship or guarantee an AI-detector outcome.

Keep any required disclosure, citation or review process for your work. Avoid pasting confidential material unless you have permission to use it here. Read the privacy policy for how submitted text and saved history are handled.

Before you use the result

  • Remove chat preambles such as “Here is your draft” before submitting.
  • Verify facts and sources from the original ChatGPT answer.
  • Keep your own observations and examples instead of flattening them.

Try a focused follow-up

Remove generic framing and repeated conclusions. Keep my examples and do not add facts that are not in this draft.

Use this after the first result. A successful additional rewrite costs one credit.
